How do I create Automatic Tasks?


To create new Automatic Tasks, please follow these steps:

1. Click on your username in the upper right hand corner of your screen, and then in My Profile.

2. Click on Automatic Tasks on the left menu and then click Add on the far right of the screen.

3. Fill in the fields accordingly including name of the Automatic Tasks and select what it should be assigned to (Contacts, Deals or Cases).

4. Add the Automated Tasks.
