A Deal is a tool that will allow you to manage and keep track of every transaction with all of your customers.
From the moment you contact the customer to the actual sale, a Deal allows you to monitor the transaction stage by stage.
You can manage your sales through Deals by:
- Adding Products to your Deals (you can make a Deal for one or multiple products)
- Add Payment information of your customer (is it pending? did the customer pay partially?)
- Open a Case related to a Deal
- Assign Tasks related to Deals and improve your customer´s service
- Choose who is going to be the Owner of the Deal
- Keep track of the Deal with its stages: Open, Qualified, Quoted, Won or Lost. You can even create your own status to customize your sales process.
