How do I invite a Collaborator to a Case?

To invite a member of your team to a Case follow these steps:

1. Click Cases.

2. Select the Case you wish to invite colallaborators to.

3. Click Add people.

4. Invite your team members with the Invite button. 

5. Close window.

 

 

To invite a customer to a Case follow these steps:

1. Click Cases.

2. Select the Case you wish to invite colallaborators to.

3. Click Add people.

4. Go to the Client & Others tab.

5. Invite your customers with the Invite button or type their names and then press Invite. 

6. Close window.
