How can I BCC emails to my Lynkos account?


You can BCC your emails to your Lynkos account through Email Dropbox integration. 

Lynkos' Email Dropbox enables you to keep a history of emails you sent and received to your contacts.

This dropbox address is automatically generated for you and you cand find it here: Go to your User name --> My User --> E-mail Dropbox (under Integrations).

To have your email exchange with someone copied to that contact in Lynkos, simply add your email dropbox address to the bcc field when writting an email to that contact. 

If you'd like the email exchange to be copied to a certain Case or Deal rather than to a Contact, go to that Deal or Case before sending an email and copy the email dropbox address provided at the bottom left.
